Finland hands over OSCE chairmanship to Greece

It is attributed to Russia’s objecting to it.
At the end of the meeting, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb said champagne would have been opened, if the political declaration had been adopted.
“Unfortunately, the political declaration was not adopted. I would have opened champagne, if it had been adopted. Now I am obliged to drink beer,” he said.
Following this, he gave a candy to his successor Foreign Minister of Greece Dora Bakoyannis as a symbol of handing over the chairmanship. So, Finland handed over OSCE chairmanship to Greece.
