Chairman-in-Office underlined that he was attentively following the work of OSCE Minsk Group.
“I feel optimistic about Minsk Group’s work on the settlement of the conflict. The co-chairs are very active,†he said.
Alexander Stubb said OSCE foreign ministers had discussed the issue on holding the summit of member states.
“But everything depends on time and we should determine what issues to discuss if the summit is held,†he said.
