Caucasian Stability and Cooperation Platform can hold its first meeting in Helsinki

Ankara–APA. The first meeting of the Caucasian Stability and Cooperation Platform can take place within the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Helsinki, Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan told journalists at the airport before his departure for Azerbaijan, APA quotes Cihan news agency. Babacan said the meeting would be attended by the experts of five countries. They will discuss goal, duties, principles and mechanisms of the Caucasian Stability and Cooperation Platform.
Babcan said tripartite meeting of the Turkish, Azerbaijani and Armenian ministers had not been scheduled yet, but he would hold separate meetings with the Azerbaijani and Armenian ministers.
