Armenia to hold wide public discussions on settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict

Yerevanâ€“APA. â€œThe Moscow Declaration has a special positive and important significance in the process of settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflictâ€, said Chief of the Armeniaâ€™s National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan, APA reports. He positively appreciated the first document signed by Azerbaijan and Armenia over the past 14 years. â€œThis document once again confirms the impossibility of changing format of the conflict settlement. It is particularly important point. The Moscow Declaration made peaceful solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict necessary. The Georgia-Ossetia conflict showed that military way of solution to the conflict was impossible and the conflicts in this century should be solved peacefully within the mutual concessionsâ€. Arthur Baghdasaryan said wide public discussions on the settlement of Nagorno karabakh conflict would be held in Armenia. â€œArmenian people have to tale stance on this issueâ€.
