Ambassador: The positions of Azerbaijan and Pakistan coincide in regional and international issues

Gurbanoglu â€“ APA. â€œThe positions of Azerbaijan and Pakistan coincide in regional and international issues,â€ Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Abdul Hamid said while meeting with chairman of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov, APAâ€™s Nakhchivan bureau reports. The ambassador noted that Pakistan always supported Azerbaijan in solving Nagorno Karabakh problem within the framework of the UN resolutions and Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrity and said he would do his best for improving mutual relations between the two countries. Vasif Talibov said Pakistan was one of the first states to recognize Azerbaijanâ€™s independence and underlined friendship relations between the two countries.
Within his three-day visit to Nakhchivan AR Ambassador will familiarize himself with the historical places and industrial facilities.
