Baku. Konul Jafarli, Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. Seyed Ali Khamenei’s representative Farid Asiri was not allowed to enter Azerbaijan, Iranian charge d’affaires in Azerbaijan Seyed Ahmed Nemati told APA. According to him Asiri returned Iran from the airport.
Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran Ramin Mehmanparast commented the returning of Farid Asiri from the Baku airport.
APA reports quoting the IRIB that Memmanparast said that Iran expects the restrained treatments of Azerbaijani officials against the possible provocation attempts: “Some forces attempt provocation and want to damage the relations between the regional countries. The regional countries must be awake against these plans. Currently, the crisis wave is widening.â€
