APA reports that the singer signed the relevant document (petition) at the press conference today. He said that he was informed about Khojaly genocide in February, 2012 and participated in the event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the massacre.
The Estonian singer said that he met Khojaly resident settled in Pirshaghi settlement. Padar noted that after this, he would be able to inform the Estonian and European communities about the Khojaly realities: “I plan to discuss this issue with the Estonian parliament.â€
Padar said that he will do best to inform many people about the Khojaly genocide.
