APA reports that the participants protested against the French Senate’s politicization of incidents occurred 107 years ago and adoption of law criminalizing the denial of made-up “Armenian genocideâ€. It was announced that the adoption of this draft law will not only influence France-Turkey relations but also France-Azerbaijan relations. The action participants said that they would be always near the fraternal country.
The participants chanted the slogans such as “France Stop!â€, “Off with France-Armenia friendshipâ€, “Off with Armenia-Iran friendshipâ€, “Long live Turkey-Azerbaijan fraternityâ€, “Don’t forget Khojalyâ€. Then the photos of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan were torn.
The appeal addressed to the French Parliament was presented to this country’s embassy at the end of the protest action.
