According to the guidelines for applicants, the global objective of this Call for Proposals is to strengthen and promote civil society organisations’ role in reforms and democratic changes taking place in Azerbaijan, through increased participation in the fulfillment of Neighbourhood Policy objectives.
The deadline for the submission of applications is 9 March 2012. The planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 36 months. Grants requested under the call should fall between a minimum of €50,000 and a maximum of €250,000.
