Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has extended martial law and general mobilization in the country for another 90 days, RBC-Ukraine reports.
The decision was adopted during today's parliamentary session.
Under the resolution, martial law and general mobilization will remain in effect until at least October 31, 2026.
This marks the 20th time the Verkhovna Rada has extended martial law and general mobilization since the start of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
The relevant draft laws were submitted to parliament by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Draft laws No. 15401 and No. 15402 were both adopted after receiving more than the required minimum of 226 votes in the Verkhovna Rada.
