Czech Embassy implements new visa application system

Baku. Habil Suleymanzadeh â€“ APA. In order to facilitate the visa application procedure, the Embassy of the Czech Republic will introduce a VISAPOINT appointment booking system. The system will be in place beginning in April 2012. Bookings can be made from 1 January 2012, the embassy sources told APA.

Ðs of April 1, 2012 the VISAPOINT reservation system will be the only way to get a visa appointment for a long-stay visa.

Without proper registration, the applicant will not be allowed to submit the visa application at the diplomatic mission, no interview will be held and the processing of the application will not begin.

In order to register in the VISAPOINT system it is necessary to have an e-mail address where the confirmation of the registration is sent. The registration can be done by the applicant himself/herself, but also by the inviting party or by any other representative. Registration is free of charge. Submitting a registration does not mean that the visa will be issued.
