The Head of State noted successful cooperation with BP is based on mutual trust principles. The Azerbaijani leader pointed out joint projects implemented with BP are internationally recognized, expressing confidence the cooperation would continue successfully in the future.
President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Javanshir on his jubilee and presented him with Shohret (Glory) order for his contribution to development of oil industry in Azerbaijan.
Rashid Javanshir spoke of the importance of projects implemented by BP in the country. He branded BP-Azerbaijan cooperation as ‘strategic’. Javanshir appreciated President Ilham Aliyev’s support for the company’s operations in the country. He thanked the Head of State for awarding him.
