Azerbaijani president congratulates his French counterpart

APA reports that the letter reads: â€œOn behalf of myself and whole Azerbaijani people, I congratulate You and friendly people of France with national holiday of Bastille Day.â€

We attach a great importance to the development of many-branched relations established between our friendly countries. Our interstate relationâ€™s high level is observed with close cooperation in political, economical, cultural and humanitarian sphere.

Today Azerbaijan-France cooperation is developing in multilateral way. Our joint work within international organizations, the European institutions is one of the factors which ensure the fullness of relations between our countries.

At the same time we express great hopes on Franceâ€™s efforts as OSCE Minsk Group co-chair as well as your efforts in the field of quick peaceful settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict on the basis of international legal norms. I wish peace and welfare to you and all French people this remarkable dayâ€.
