The head of state underlined that this visit is connected with the issues discussed during the Kazan meeting. Noting that the level of development of the bilateral relations causes satisfaction, President Ilham Aliyev underlined that these relations are of great importance for our countries and the region. The head of state said the visit offers an opportunity to discuss the agenda of the bilateral relations developing dynamically and successfully.
Sergei Lavrov said as a result of the discussions held in Kazan with the participation of Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents in the presence of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs from Russia, US and France, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev prepared and delivered proposals to Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents.
