â€œThe membership can not be discussed, unless this problem is solved. If we are partnering and cooperating, our territorial integrity must be ensured. Justice must be ensured, conflict solved peacefully,â€ he said.

Vice-speaker said Nagorno Karabakh conflict impedes the development of the region.
â€œAzerbaijan can solve this conflict with its power. But Baku supports peaceful resolution of the conflict,â€ he said.
