He said that Tunisian citizen Rafiq al Hami voluntarily returned to Tunis few weeks before: â€œWe donâ€™t have any new information about him. As regards Polad Sirajov, we donâ€™t know whether he wants to stay or return to Azerbaijanâ€.

Remind that US President Barack Obama signed an order on closing Guantanamo detention in 2009. The majority of prisoners, including Polad Sirajov were freed. But he didnâ€™t want to return to the homeland. He was sent to the third country through intermediary of the international organizations and now he is living in Slovakia. The first person, who voluntarily returned to his homeland, was Egyptian citizen Adel Al-Gazzar. He was arrested in Egypt.
