Mahmoud Ahmadinejad invites Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Iran

Baku â€“ APA. An international anti-terror conference will be held in Tehran, Iran on June 25-26, 2011, press service of the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan told APA. The conference will be chaired by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The high-ranking officials from 60 countries will attend the conference.

Taking the necessity of elaboration of the united and close anti-terror strategy into consideration, the Islamic Republic of Iran, one of the leading countries in the international struggle against terrorism, will make new and useful proposals during the conference, said the embassy. â€œThe Islamic Republic of Iran is always criticizing some countries and international organizations for their indifference towards the terrorist actions and their support of terrorist groups, especially state terrorismâ€.

The embassy said Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad invited Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to attend the conference.
