Russian President congratulates Azerbaijanâ€™s President on May 28 - Republic Day

The letter says:
â€œDear Ilham Heydar oglu! I congratulate you on Azerbaijanâ€™s national holiday â€“ Republic Day.

Azerbaijan is demonstrating splendid achievements in the state-building, realization of deep economic and social changes, consolidation of its positions in the international arena. It is significant that special attention is paid to the protection of the rich culture and national traditions of the republic.

Based on the principles of good neighborhood and mutual confidence, Russia-Azerbaijan relations have reached the level of high strategic partnership. Intensity and effectiveness of our relations, effective implementation of the large joint projects in various spheres, close cooperation in the solution of urgent regional problems indicate this. I hope such constructive dialogue will be continued both in bilateral and multilateral formats.

I am sure that the development of the political, commercial, cultural and humanitarian relations between our countries meets the major interests of the Russian and Azerbaijani people, allows strengthen stability and security in the South Caucasus. Best regards!â€
