Azerbaijan and European Union carry out new joint project

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev said that the next plenary meeting on the issue will be held late June, early July.

He said that they have held negotiations via video conference in the past period and added that they are expected to discuss various documents and proposals at the upcoming meeting: â€œI canâ€™t say that it will be a last meeting, there is a lot of work in the futureâ€.

He underlined the implementation of the new projects between Azerbaijan and EU. Several groups are participating in the project of Institutional Needs Assessment: â€œThe project is mainly implemented for the preparation of trade, justice and public servantsâ€. The project has been already started and the relevant reports are being gathered. Then the reforms program on three spheres will be elaborated and implemented in Azerbaijanâ€.
