APA reports that OSCE Chairperson-in-Office supported consistent strengthening of the EU‘s relations with South Caucasus countries. “It is high time for our South Caucasian neighbors to join the EU Neighborhood Policy initiatives, as well as to start negotiations with Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the visa regime facilitation and readmission agreementsâ€.
Lithuanian minister also informed the foreign ministers of other EU member states about the results of his visits to the South Caucasus countries in capacity of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. Ažubalis also shared his views on the situation in Georgia and Middle East.
