Deputy Minister said ethnic Georgians living in Zagatala demand recall of ambassador Teymuraz Sharashenidze.
“The media reports raise doubts. We consider that Sharashenidze can not have committed such an action. But we can not express view without investigation. We do not doubt that our ambassador is an honest diplomat,†she said.
Kakhetia Information Center reported quoting ethnic Georgians (in fact, they are Ingilois, but Georgian side presents them as Georgians – ed.) living in Zagatala that Georgian ambassador to Azerbaijan Teymuraz Sharashenidze do not pay attention to their problems. The news article says quoting the residents of Aliabad village that ambassador came to the village being drunk and insulted the residents, who asked him to help open school and kindergarten in their language.
