The game is held in team format (consisting of 4 persons), 3 levels (1/4, 1/2 and final) and Olympic system. The game is held by the Organization Committee, consisting of the employees of the Foreign Ministry’s relevant offices (Anar Mutallimov, Natiq Bakhishov, Emil Safarov, Yalchin Rafiyev). The game will be lead by Bakhishov, the judges are Mutallimov, Safarov and Rafiyev.
The played questions have logical character and are connected with history, literature, art, music, sports.
8 teams are participating in the competition. The winners will be awarded with cup and the diploma signed by the foreign Ministry’s leadership.
