Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov receives First Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Igor Petrishenko

Baku. Lachin Sultanova - APA. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received First Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Igor Petrishenko, Foreign Ministryâ€™s press service told APA. Petrishenko highly estimated the current state of Azerbaijan-Belarus relations and noted the extensive opportunities to intensify these relations in all spheres.

Mammadyarov spoke about close historical relations between the two nations, development of relations in political, economic, humanitarian, education and other spheres and added that the friendly relations between the heads of these countries stimulate to deepen the bilateral ties.

The sides highly estimated the joint projects in agriculture, infrastructure and other spheres between the two countries.

Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the meeting.
