Yagub Mahmudov: â€œIf decisions are made on so-called â€œArmenian genocideâ€ this is the greatest atrocityâ€

Even in the period of Hitler’s fascism, there were not recorded instances when the children were removed from the womb of the mother and fed them by the same mothers, burned at the stake of the intelligentsiaâ€ said Director of the Institute of History of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Yagub Mahmudov in his interview to journalists, APA reports.

To him, there is plenty of evidences of genocide against the Azerbaijanis. During the period of Azerbaijan Peopleâ€™s Republic, by the instruction of Fatali Khan Khoyski, there was established a commission and all people who have been subjected to genocide were included in the list: â€œIt is unfortunate that the world community does not want to see it or hear about it. The world community does not protect those, who have suffered genocide, but those who perpetrate it. So-called â€œArmenian Genocideâ€ is discussed in the parliaments of some countries. This is one of the most annoying facts of the world history. In this case, the Turkic people, Muslims will consider the democratic calls from America, as well as calls on human rights as ridiculous. The genocide started against the Turks in front of the eyes of world even continues today. Let the world countries take a look at the mass graveyard in Guba and see the atrocities committed by Armenian butchers. If decisions are made on so-called â€œArmenian genocideâ€ this is the greatest atrocity. Let the U.S. Congress remember the genocide, which they perpetrated towards Indians. These states have no right to make decisions regarding fictitious genocide of Armeniansâ€.
