New PACE co-rapporteur for Azerbaijan Joseph Debono Grech: I have never been to Azerbaijan, but have read books about your country

I have never been to Azerbaijan, but have read books about your country,â€ new co-rapporteur for Azerbaijan of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Monitoring Committee Joseph Debono Grech told APA exclusively. Joseph Debono Grech said he was looking forward to visiting Azerbaijan. According to the Maltese parliamentarian, the co-rapporteurs plan to visit Azerbaijan in January, not later than February.
â€œThis visit should be agreed with the other co-rapporteur. I think we will make the first visit to Azerbaijan together,â€ he said.

Joseph Debono Grech was appointed new co-rapporteur for Azerbaijan at the meeting of PACE Monitoring Committee on November 19.
