Tbilisi. Nizami Mammadzadeh – APA. Defense attaché of the Azerbaijani embassy in Georgia, General-Major Elbrus Orujov protested the registration of “Javakh” society established by Armenian war veterans in Javakhetia region by the Justice Ministry of Georgia. Orujov told APA correspondent in Georgia that most members of this society fought against Azerbaijan in Nagorno Karabakh and against Georgia in Abkhazia. “These “veterans” established Bagramian squadron in Abkhazia and fought against Georgia, which citizens they are. Now they received the status of veterans. Who can guarantee that they will not establish some Agambekyan squadron in Javakehtia tomorrow? If Armenian-Georgian relations worsen tomorrow, the Javakhetian Armenians will stab Georgia in the back. Everybody witnessed that Russian planes got off from the military bases in Armenia to bomb the Georgian territory, including Marneuli and Bolnisi regions populated mostly by Azerbaijanis in August, 2008. We have seen the Armenians’ such stabs in the back for many times. We felt pains of stab in the back in 1918, 1920, 1988 and still feeling that”.
