â€œAli Bey Huseynzade Turanâ€ book presented in Ankara

Ankara. Mayis Alizadeh â€“ APA. â€œAli Bey Huseynzadeh Turanâ€ written by Azerbaijani parliamentarian Ganira Pashayeva and researcher Azer Turan was presented at 21st Century Turkey Institute in Ankara on Friday. The institute also hosts a conference entitled â€œTurkish-Azerbaijani relations: today and futureâ€. According to APA Turkish bureau, rector of the institute Umit Ozdag addressed the conference. He emphasized the importance of strong Azerbaijani lobby in Turkey and said this issue would be addressed frequently.

Ganira Pashayeva spoke about the book presented and criticized Turkish government for signing of Turkish-Armenian protocols. Then Pashayeva made report on the occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia and social pains it created.

Professor Ibrahim Yildirim mentioned the role of Azerbaijanis in Turkic culture and spoke about the Azerbaijani scientists and artists in Turkey.
Member of Azerbaijani parliament Rabiyyat Aslanova and researcher Azer Turan also addressed the conference.
