BSECO Ministerial Council publicizes program of its 21st meeting in Baku

Baku. Victoria Dementyeva â€“ APA. Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organizationâ€™s Ministerial Council publicized the program and the list of participants of its 21st meeting in Baku on October 22. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver welcoming speech at the meeting, press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan told APA. Foreign ministers of the BSECO troika countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia and Bulgaria) will hold joint press conference after the meeting. Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan, Rumiana Jeleva of Bulgaria, Government Minister Victor Bodu of Moldova, General Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Gazmend Turdiu of Albania will attend the meeting. Russia, Greece, Serbia, Georgia, Romania and Ukraine will be represented at the meeting by the deputy foreign ministers. Turkish foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Armenian deputy foreign minister Aram Kirakosian are also expected to join the meeting.
