Elmar Mammadyarov receives copy of credentials of the Netherlands ambassador to Azerbaijan

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the copy of the credentials of newly-appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan Jean Lukas Inayard Van Hoorn, the ministryâ€™s press service told APA. Van Hoorn expressed his satisfaction with his appointment, noted that the Kingdom of the Netherlands is interested in the development of the relations with Azerbaijan and said he will do his best for the extension of the relations in all spheres.

Ambassador also concerned himself with the process of settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Elmar Mammadyarov spoke about the potential for cooperating in politics, economy, energy, tourism, culture and shared his views on the prospects of the relations. Giving information about the state of the negotiations on the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Elmar Mammadyarov underlined that the conflict can be solved only within the framework of Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrity.

They exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
