Azerbaijani President and King of Jordan hold one-on-one meeting and meeting with participation of delegations

They underlined the development of the relations in various fields.

The heads of states noted the importance of mutual high-level visits and expressed their confidence that the relations will further extend. Following this, the meeting continued with participation of the delegations. King Abdullah II underlined that the relations between Azerbaijan and Jordan are developing successfully.

King Abdullah said Jordan attaches great importance to the relations with Azerbaijan. Ilham Aliyev said strong political relations between the two countries pave the way for the extension of the cooperation.

Ilham Aliyev appreciated Jordanâ€™s support for Azerbaijan in the international organizations and said the documents to be signed during the visit will strengthen the relations.

Ilham Aliyev noted the necessity of extending the economic cooperation and underlined the importance the intergovernmental economic commission. Azerbaijani President expressed his hope that useful discussions will be held concerning concrete projects.

Following this, Ilham Aliyev met with Prime Minister of Jordan Nader Dahabi.

They exchanged views on the potential for extending relations in various spheres, including economic sphere.
