Turkish officials have reportedly taken a new statement to US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is in Zurich.

According to information received, the problem has already been eliminated.

The delegations have begun returning to the Zurich University, the venue for the signing ceremony.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has returned to the university as well.

After Clintonâ€™s return, Armenian Foreign Minister Edvard Nalbandyan has also arrived at the university building.

Meanwhile, officials at the hall, where the signing ceremony will take place, have begun arranging seats and other equipment.
