The visit is rescheduled as the summit of the heads of Turkic-speaking states will be held in Nakhchivan on October 2-3. Kazakhstan’s President will attend the summit. The date of the President’s visit is being specified.
Nursultan Nazarbayev had planned to visit Azerbaijan on September 30 - October 1. Prior to the visit, the next meeting of Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan intergovernmental commission will be held in Baku. The documents to be signed within the framework of the visit will be determined at the meeting. The agenda of the commission includes agreements on road transportation, sea transportation, documents on industry, energy, agriculture and emergency situations.
