According to APA, the sides approved their commitments to respect equality of rights, sovereignty, non-interference in the domestic affairs of other countries, principles of territorial integrity and inviolability of borders according to the UN Charter, OSCE Helsinki Final Act and Paris Charter for a New Europe.
The sides noted that they will contribute to peace, security and stability in the region, to leave use of force or threats to use of force and underlined the importance of peaceful solution of misunderstandings, human rights and basic freedoms.
The sides recognize the existent borders between the two countries according to the international treaties and state about the decision of re-opening of the borders.
