According to APA, Sargsyan told BBC that it is no matter that will he visit Turkey or not. “I would like to say that we have not to identify the visit to a neighboring country to watch football match with our mutual relations with Turkey. Let’s propose two versions at least. For example we are freezing the negotiations with Turkey and I go to this country to watch football. The second, we are continuing the negotiations and I don’t go. What is important?” Sargsyan said he would visit Turkey if the borders were opened. “There are agreements between Armenia and Turkey, which should be fulfilled. Unfortunately, I have not seen any strive from the opposite side to fulfill these agreements. Our intention remains steady – to establish mutual relations without any pre-condition”.
