Baku. Lachin Sultanova – APA. “Azerbaijan continues successful cooperation with NATO,†spokesman for Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov told APA. Commenting on the reports that AWACS surveillance planes flying to Afghanistan returned to Germany because of the lack of agreement between Azerbaijan and NATO on usage of airspace, Polukhov said Azerbaijan continues cooperation with NATO.
“Azerbaijan increases its military contingent in Afghanistan. Azerbaijan has no problem with NATO in the peacemaking process,†he said.
