Russian oligarch and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has purchased Turkish Super League team Göztepe, APA reports citing CNN Türk.
Talks on the purchase began on March 23, when Abramovich arrived in Turkey for a meeting with Göztepe President Mehmet Sepil.
The club, based in the western province of İzmir, was purchased by Sepil for $7.5 million in 2014, according to Turkish media reports.
