Volume of Kazakh oil transported by BTC will reach 1.1m tons by the end of year - Minister

"Approximately 609,000 tons of Kazakh oil were transported to the BTC system in April-September of this year," Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said in his remarks at the 1st Energy Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), APA-Economics reports.

He said that of this 493,000 tons were sent to the world market from Ceyhan port. By the end of the year, this volume will reach 1.1 million tons.
