As of July 1, 2025, the total investment portfolio of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) reached 66,515.2 million US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing SOFAZ.
66.5% (44,215.9 million) of the investment portfolio is composed of US dollars.
As of July 1, 2025, euros made up 20.9% of SOFAZ’s investment portfolio, British pounds – 5.1%, Chinese yuan – 2.4%, Japanese yen – 1.4%, and other currencies accounted for 3.7%.
According to the data, gold investments comprise 19,133.2 million dollars (28.8%) of the US dollar portfolio.
Note that in the first half of the current year, SOFAZ’s income from asset management amounted to 3,089.8 million manat.
