Internationale Nederlanden Groep (ING) the international banking and financial services corporation of the Netherlands, has announced its forecast regarding monetary policy in Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports that according to ING's forecast.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan will reduce the interest rate from 9.0% to 8.5% by the end of 2023.
ING believes that the CBA will further ease its monetary policy in 2024-2025.
According to the corporation's forecast, the Central Bank will reduce the discount rate to 8.25% in 2024, and to 7.25% in 2025.
