The global companies in which State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has invested mostly became known, APA-Economics reports citing SOFAZ.
The value of the stocks over the first half of the year in the listing of the Fund is USD 5,9 mlrd.
It is noted that, the Fund invested more than 1600 companies of 26 countries in 14 currencies.
The biggest investments were related to the five global companies.
SOFAZ invested the stocks of the companies - 3,7 percent (USD 211 mln) Apple Inc, 3 percent (USD 173 mln) Microsoft, 2,1 percent (USD 121 mln) Google, 1,6 percent (USD 92 mln) Amazon, and 1,5 percent (86 mln) Nestle SA.
