In January-May of this year, Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover made up USD 22 bln 953.07 mln, which is 11.7% more in comparison with the corresponding period of 2022, State Customs Committee told APA-Economics.
In the last year, exports across Azerbaijan increased by 4.5% and amounted to USD 16 bln 114.33 mln while imports increased by 33.2% to USD 6 bln 838.74 mln.
Although a positive balance of USD 9 bln 275.59 mln was created in the foreign trade turnover, it was 9.8% less in comparison with the corresponding period of last year.
