The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has generated a total of £18.9 million ($25.05 million) in revenue from its St James office complex in London, the capital of Great Britain, in 2024, APA-Economics reports, citing the review released by the Chamber of Accounts.
According to the information, the market value of the building was £195.8 million or $259.08 million by the end of 2024.
The income generated from the increase in market value was £12.55 million.
St James's Place and its surroundings are located in the West End of London and are of strategic importance for high-class office and financial activities. International companies such as Condé Nast, Artemis Fund Management, and Citibank operate in this area, and luxury hotels and membership clubs (for example, White's, Boodle's) are located around it.
