"The European Union has announced its two billion euro investment target for Azerbaijan," Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Azerbaijan Peter Michalko, APA-Economics reports.

According to him, the EU supports investments in Azerbaijan in the context of the Economic and Investment Plan of the Eastern Partnership. At the beginning of this year, commissioner Várhelyi announced its investment target of two billion euros for Azerbaijan and we closely cooperate with member states of the EU to realize it.
