SOCAR permitted to interchange tax payments

Baku. Ali Ahmadov â€“ APA-Economics. From now on, under the relevant order of the Cabinet of Ministers, SOCAR will be able to interchange tax payments of the subordinated enterprises.

According to the order, tax amount paid by one of the subordinated enterprise under SOCAR to the state budget can be interchanged on the basis of SOCARâ€™s appeal.

The document says the order purposes realization of events on implementation of obligations on state programs and international projects, as well as optimization of mechanism regulating the relations on overdue and already paid taxes.

The Taxes Ministry has been tasked to solve the issues in this document.
