New rules adopted on apartment certificates in Azerbaijan

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. According to State Committee for Securities, the Issuance, turnover and payment rules of apartment certificates in Azerbaijan were adopted. The document has already been accounted for in the legal actsâ€™ state register of Azerbaijan. Rules determine the issuance, turnover and payment and mechanism.

New rules will provide the establishment of effective financing system of construction sector via securities, decrease of risks of market participants and protection of investorsâ€™ rights.

Besides, this mechanism will serve to involve the funds to construction sector and etc.
