AZN 16 mln social mortgage loans allocated from Azerbaijanâ€™s state budget this year

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. AZN 16 mln social mortgage loans were allocated to 500 persons from Azerbaijanâ€™s state budget this year, this was noted in the Declaration of Central Bank on directions of monetary and financial stability policy.

Besides, market resources were also attached for mortgage lending during the accounting period. AZN 77 mln mortgage loans (excluding social mortgage) were given to 2,000 persons by authorized credit organizations via AMF.

According to information of CB, the number of families benefitting from mortgage loans reached 8,750 (total AZN 342 mln).
