Azerbaijan sees 34% rise in positive balance on current transfers

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. The total amount of transactions on current transfers with foreign countries made AZN $ 2,257.5 mln, in January-September, 2011, Azerbaijan. 61.8% or $ 1,394.7 mln of this is receipts, $ 862.8 mln or 38.2% - transfers from the country, Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA.

95% of total premiums on current transfer are money orders which transferred to individual persons from abroad, 1.5% importing humanitarian goods, 3.5% other premiums.

The positive balance of transaction on current transfers makes $ 531.9 mln, up 37% compared with a year ago.
