Unileasing intends to increase leasing portfolio by 20%, next year

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. By the end of 2012, Unileasing JSC plans to increase its leasing portfolio up to $53 mln. Unileasing considers 2012 as one of the most promising periods for the implementation of several projects in this regard, the following year the company plans to increase the portfolio by $8-10 mln and bring this figure to $53 mln.

As of December 1, 2011, leasing portfolio amounted to $ 42 million. During 2011, 226 contracts were signed at amount of $20 mln.

Note that, the company has representations in Ganja, Sheki, Guba, Lankaran and Saatli. It should be noted that the company’s regional leasing portfolio is equal to $ 4 mln.

According to the analysis of the results of 2011, the average interest rate on the lease agreements amounted to 20.06% and average lease term - 45 months.
