Evaluation of International Bank of Azerbaijan to be carried out next year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. The adviser on privatization of International Bank of Azerbaijan will submit its first report to State Committee for Property Issues, in December, said the chairman of Board of Directors Jahangir Hajiyev.

Note that, the consortium consisting of branches of Â«PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit AzerbaijanÂ» MMC, Â«Rothschild & CIEÂ» and Â«Salans UK Ltd.Â» companies in Azerbaijan has become a winner of tender on making of proposals on privatization of IBAâ€™s share belonging to state.

According to Hajiyev, submission of report is the first work of adviser. Proposals on privatization methods of bank are being made.

At the next stage, evaluation of IBA will be carried out on the basis of audit judgement, approved by international audit company. He noted that, this process is expected to realize on the outcomes of 2011.
