IDB decreases investment in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The amount fixed investment by the Islamic Development Bank in Azerbaijan during January-September totaled AZN 2,012.6 thousand, down 31.7% from a year ago.

The State Statistical Committee said the IDB investments accounted for 0.1% of total foreign fixed investment in Azerbaijan during this period.

Azerbaijan joined the IDB in 1992. 15 credit agreements were signed within this period between the Bank and Azerbaijan. Fulfillment of 8 of them was finished. And other 5 are underway.
